I'm a certified personal trainer with 12 years of experience in personal training, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored programs. My credentials include Personal Trainer certifications from ISSA and ASFA, a Bodybuilding Coach certification from ASFA, Certified Senior Citizen Fitness Trainer, and certifications in Exercise Science, as well as Musculoskeletal & Integumentary Systems. With 22 years of personal experience in Strength Training, a black belt in Karate, and a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Additionally, I have served as an assistant gymnastics coach for a nationally-ranked team and co-invented the innovative Xelerator Fitness Machine. I utilize this diverse knowledge to create personalized solutions, including high-intensity workouts and virtual fitness sessions, to help individuals reach their fitness objectives.
